Legal and statutory provisions stipulate that various documents have to be stored for different periods of time. From an economic perspective, however, the digitisation of documents that are more than three years old has little practical purpose. We therefore recommend the storage of folders and documents and the application of an electronic reference archive.

Document requests are made by the customer, e.g. by e-mail, specifying the corresponding barcode number. It takes only a few hours from the time of the request to complete the search and issue the folders.
